1. Order Handling & Processing

  • All ready-to-ship apparel and accessories are thoroughly inspected, packed, and released within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and statutory Chinese public holidays).
  • For original, bespoke soft furnishing pieces or limited-edition runs requiring delicate processing, fulfillment may take up to 5–7 business days. You will receive an automated tracking notification via email immediately upon courier hand-off.

2. Delivery Windows & Fee Structures We partner with premier global couriers to ensure dependable transport. Estimated delivery durations and structures are outlined below:

  • Standard International Shipping: Delivered within 7–14 business days.
  • Expedited Premium Shipping: Delivered within 3–7 business days.
  • Note: Ultimate costs are dynamic and calculated at the Checkout module based on destination weight and zone.

3. International Customs, Levies, and Import Duties Haven&Drift dispatches packages directly from our Guangzhou studio. Please note that buyers are fully liable for payment of localized custom tariffs, border processing fees, or regional import taxes implemented upon border crossing. We do not control or collect these institutional fees.

4. Accuracy of Delivery Address Buyers must verify shipping names, phone lines, and postal addresses perfectly during checkout. 5. Incidents and Damaged Parcels If an item arrives structurally damaged, retain the external shipping box, protective packing wrappers, and defective merchandise perfectly.
