1. Return Eligibility To ensure a smooth handling process for our premium textiles and artisanal home decor, items submitted for return must meet the following criteria:
- The return must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in the exact condition they were received.
- All original premium packaging, custom tags, and regional cultural certificates must remain completely attached and intact.
2. Non-Returnable and Exempt Items Due to strict hygiene, safety, and manufacturing specifications, the following product lines cannot be returned or refunded:
- Delicate jewelry and lifestyle accessories (e.g., earrings).
- Intimate apparel or swimwear without the hygienic liner fully intact.
- Custom-made or original bespoke soft furnishing pieces designed tailored exclusively to custom dimensions or requests.
3. Return Procedure To launch a return request, send a formal notification to 928528255@qq.com along with your original order number and valid proof of purchase. Once authorized, our staff will provide detailed logistics instructions on returning the item to our sorting facility in Guangzhou, China.
4. Inspection and Refunds Upon receiving your return parcel, our studio inspectors will evaluate the goods. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are credited automatically back to your original source of payment within 5–7 business days. Please note that original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Return Shipping Fees The buyer is responsible for settling all international shipping expenses incurred when returning items. We strongly encourage utilizing a trackable postal service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Haven&Drift cannot assume liability for packages lost during inbound transit.
