Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
A: As we strive to process and dispatch orders quickly, modifications or cancellations can only be accommodated within 12 hours of purchase. Please immediately contact our customer care team at 928528255@qq.com with your order number for emergency adjustments.
Shipping & Delivery:
Q: Where do you ship from and what are the delivery times?
A: All our pieces are thoroughly inspected and dispatched directly from our creative studio in Guangzhou, China.
Standard International Shipping: Takes approximately 7–14 business days.
Expedited Premium Shipping: Takes approximately 3–7 business days.
Please note that custom-made or original soft furnishing pieces may require an additional 5–7 business days for delicate processing before dispatch.
Q: Will I have to pay international customs duties and taxes?
A: Haven&Drift dispatches packages directly from China. The final order total at checkout does not include localized customs tariffs, border processing fees, or regional import taxes. Buyers are fully liable for any such institutional fees implemented by their destination country's customs office.
Returns & Refunds:
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your items must be unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and in their exact original packaging with all custom tags and brand labels completely intact.
Q: Which items are excluded from returns?
A: For hygiene, safety, and tailored manufacturing specifications, we cannot accept returns on delicate jewelry (such as earrings), intimate apparel/swimwear (if the hygienic liner is removed), and any custom-made or bespoke soft furnishing pieces designed exclusively to your custom dimensions
Q: Who covers the shipping cost for returns?
A: Customers are responsible for paying their own international shipping expenses for returning items. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee or assume liability for packages lost during inbound transit to our Guangzhou studio.
